At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade, plant-based products as much as we love making them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team or visit your local Soap Makery with your order number and original receipt to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging; for safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused or gently used products.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a team member in-store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and processed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
